Tamils Against Genocide

TamilsAgainstGenocide.org | what you can't hide is genocide
MISSION STATEMENT

Tamils Against Genocide, a non-profit organization, has as its primary mission, seeks to obtain United States or international indictments against three United States citizens or green card holders currently serving in the Government of Sri Lanka for complicity in genocide, crimes against humanity, or war crimes, including torture and extrajudicial killings, against Sri Lanka’s civilian Tamil population.

RATIONALE

Tamils Against Genocide will demonstrate to United States authorities that the legally admissible evidence of genocide or companion crimes against the three United States citizens or green card holders equals or exceeds the genocidal atrocities laid at the feet of Serbia’s Slobodan Milosevic, Bosnian Serb Radovan Karadzic, Bosnian Serb Ratko Mladic, and Sudan’s Omar Bashir.

The United States criminal code punishes genocide, torture, or war crimes perpetrated by United States nationals and non-nationals.  Extrajudicial killings may also be sanctioned in United States courts under the Torture Victims Protection Act.

The United States demanded of the Serbian government as a condition to receiving economic aid or access by Serbian aircraft to the United States that it fully cooperate with the Hague Tribunal in the prosecution of Karadzic, Mladic, or other Serbians accused of genocide, crimes against humanity, or war crimes.  The United States should be no less demanding in insuring that its own citizens or residents are prosecuted for the identical crimes.

LEGAL LUMINARY

Tamils Against Genocide will be represented by Bruce Fein, former associate deputy attorney general under President Ronald Reagan. Mr. Fein will lead the effort to obtain genocide indictments of GOTABHAYA RAJAPAKSA, BASIL RAJAPAKSA, and GENERAL SARATH FONSEKA.  Mr. Fein may be contacted by phone at 703-963-4968 or by email at bfein@tamilsagainstgenocide.org
