The three United States citizens or green card holders accused of genocide are:

	United States citizen GOTABHAYA RAJAPAKSA, Sri Lanka’s Defense Secretary, brother of Sri Lanka’s President Mahinda Rajapaksa, and believed to own a primary residence in San Dimas, California valued at approximately $1 million.
	United States green card holder, Lieutenant General SARATH FONSEKA, Commander of the Sri Lanka Army, and believed to own property through his daughter in Oklahoma.
	United States green card holder BASIL RAJAPAKSA, Senior Presidential Adviser, Member of Sri Lanka’s Parliament, brother of Sri Lanka’s President Mahinda Rajapaksa, and believed to own a primary residence in Fontana, California valued at $4-5 million.
